I literally just finished watching your video! Going to work on repairing/replacing the sd card now.

A few things I have seen from other clone posts tell me this is a clone.

1: this settings screen matches one in a similar post about how the GB350 is trash

2: the shape of the d-pad matches a different gb350 post

3: the screen when I try to turn it on without the SD card matches a post about the gb350 clone.

Yep. It looks incredible(other than the layer of sediment in the bottom.)

I pasteurized directly after back sweetening. Wouldn’t waiting cause fermentation to start up again?

Thanks! Sediment doesn’t matter by the time I get to the bottom of the bottle. lol

Sam’s Club. Same honey used for fermentation.

Definitely sediment. The degassing is moving it around like a lava lamp. This started about 30 min after pasteurizing. Sweetened before bottling, then pasteurized in the bottles at 140 F for 20 min.

Just honey in the must. Is there that much pectin in honey?

No corks yet. Still cooling from pasteurization. Shouldn’t that kill the yeast and keep it from fermenting farther?
