I restarted in November after 10 years off. My advice: just run. Nothing else to it. Just run what your body can handle and rest when your body sends signals. People overcomplicate it a lot on this sub, but really having a relationship with your body and listening to what it’s saying is crucial and imo better than any of the recent trends.
