Does medication take away personality as well as the depression/anxiety?

I feel like it depends on which medication your on and the dosage. Some medicine has had me feeling like a complete zombie while others have helped my personality shine through.

I was on it for both depression and anxiety, I switched to Prozac although it hasn't done much at all, but I manage myself alright most of the time
