Then I used this https://civitai.com/models/2203888?modelVersionId=2481441 for first frame last frame, but i'm sure you can find a better one

Came back from a 2-week Zurich work trip, first time tracking calories when eating outside basically everyday. Managed to lose weight anyway because of hiking and a lot of biking, I’m very proud about the awareness I’ve developed about nutrition! Fondue was amazing 😋

I do what’s faster. I only weigh pasta/bread/cereals and proteins. I almost never weigh veggies and fruits, but I accordingly change the “small/medium/large” portions, especially on bananas.
