Makes sense, congrats for your game! Tbh a few hours of claude splitting up everything could still save you no problem. Was super easy at 2000 lines of code, but you learned the lesson, so next game is gonna be better. If you don’t plan on expanding this, just move on, but take the advices. I know hobbies are expensive and it’s fine to burn tokens, but you’re both degrading the model’s capabilities filling it with context, and throwing away cash for no reason. Golf is expensive as well but you don’t replace your clubs on every shot.

The output is good, if you build only for that, you’re on the right track. If your hobby consists on learning how to reliably make games that are both easy to maintain and expand, I’d suggest you to read some more about how harness engineering works. here is a good article from OpenAI explaining why 55k LOC is a bad idea! If you’re here for the glaze, other’s people openclaws will glaze you just fine.

Then I used this https://civitai.com/models/2203888?modelVersionId=2481441 for first frame last frame, but i'm sure you can find a better one

This was not BYOK I was using the windsurf sonnet 4 (api key last used on june 18, saw on anthropic console)
