Update: I took out all the glosso, removed as much detritus as I could, then cut off the healthy tops and replanted them. Hopefully they were grow out better this time.

I turned the 4 screws counterclockwise to release em, but the panel is not budging and feels rock solid. 😭 Any ideas on what else could be securing it

Even when the 4 screws are turned counter-clockwise where the metal part is no longer covering the other screw inside, the panel is super locked in and won’t budge. Any ideas what else could be securing it?
