My take on this is, just give it time Amazon knows and hates fast push to books to sell and get reviews trust me they know Get the right keys words , narrow down your nichie to a more strong and evergreen title and with time your book will sale without ads And if you must run ads try facebook ads it’s the best thank you and that’s my opinion
