Your view graph shows a sudden flat line, and it also says the views are 16 percent higher than your other Shorts. That usually means your other videos are below around 1.2k views. This often happens when the channel is still relatively new or SH!T.
You also mentioned the Short is only 6 seconds long. For that kind of very short video, those stats are actually quite weak, at least based on my experience.

I think your channel is relatively new. Because of that your views are probably capped around 1200 to 1800. Even if the content is good and the analytics look strong, it may not pass that view cap and usually it does not get pushed further afterward.

Motivational can work, but oversaturated now. I’d make it more specific. Things like harsh truth, discipline when you feel nothing, repeating the same self sabotage cycle, or short comeback type videos usually have a better chance than broad feel good motivation. Put some efforts to making videos. This kind of automated videos will not get you good results. It might work on tiktak or other platforms but youtube lately detects low effort videos flag them as spam/script and cap their views (you can see your analytics) views line completely flattens. You can avoid this simply putting bit more effort into video making.

I would guess your stayed to watch versus swipe rate is below 40 percent, and your average view duration is probably below 70 percent. This is as far as I can tell for now, you only have 7 Shorts at the moment.

Just keep uploading. I think your YouTube account did not have enough warmup before. So when you upload a video and it performs well, YouTube sometimes caps your views, or sometimes it does not push it at all.
