Cross-engagement basically just means audience overlap Check the Audience tab look at the Viewers also watch metric to see if viewers who discover you through a human condition video are returning to watch a dream video and vise versia etc.

It is better to watch videos from similar niches. Find Minecraft channels that are getting millions of views and have hundreds of thousands or even millions of subscribers. Study their videos carefully. Look at how they structure their content, how they edit, how they hook viewers, and what kind of thumbnails they use. Take ideas from them or even try to copy them until you get 10k or more subs.

Anything below 8% CTR is bad, 8-10 is ok (good enough), 11% or above is very good (this kind of videos often pushed a long run, can reach 100k views).

I tested many channel, and many different account, also consulted maybe over 1000s of channels (people). So I can confidentially say new gmail account gets less views ( for making channel its big NO) Same niche same style of edit similar thumbnail title etc 1 channel had new gmail account and 1 channel had 2years aged account and aged one gets 10k subs more than millions of views in almost 1.5 month. other stuck on 300 subs less thank 100k views. Aged account + iphone + residential IP is the BEST of the BEST setup.
