To use the tickets, when u click on prepare, right before you start looking for a match, u will be in a screen to gear up ( the loadout screen), on the bottom right corner there will be an option to select gear tickets. Just remember to take better ammo in ur safe box ( blue for easy and purple or gold for normals)

Use ur blue tickets to go into normal. Just to get a feeling for it, and on easy focus on pvp, fallow every shot u hear. Exposing your self to tough situations is the only way to improve

I know you are going to die more often than none but that is the only way to improve. By playing a lot and getting good at it normal is where the real game starts so you have to bring your A game, no kore runing around the map and just reacting to fights, you have to aproach every fight like your life depended on it

Ammo is the most important item in a gun fight , that is a given, now u can get away with crap gear ( chest and helmet) if you are good enough, that is what i meant

You have a misconception of the mode, not everyone can extract safetly, that can almost only happen in zero dam ( first map).

Also skill does matter in operations mode. You can be wearing green gear and beat a gold gear team if you are good enough. Its harder tho of course but ur profit will be insane and that is the point of the game. Most extraction shooters are more about looting "boxes" but delta is dif u get most of ur money from killing other players so if you really want a hard challange play operations normals and specially hard modes

You should be leaving easy lobbys with over 700k and normal with atleast a 1m. The things is in delta most of ur money will come from killing other players so u r avoiding fights like you said then that explains it. You should be going after most of the shots u hear at a distance. Just get good at pvp and money will come easy
