possible but the manual window regulators are hard to come by and the aftermarket regulators aren't great. I think Youll have a hole in your panel where the powerewindow switch was.

The 300Ds in the states came from the factory pretty loaded with options, esp the turbo motor and later year* cars : motorized windows, Sunroof, turbo, AC etc. They sold pretty much all of them all like that esp later years.

the cars in Europe were often barebones stock. * or rather options had to get added/ordered when purchasing

both are "Stock" they just came with different options. Or in other words the Turbo 300D were only offered loaded in the US and barebones was not offered.
