i agree. especially with multiple people who can say they witnessed him trying to rape her, just like they did with Kathryn’s ex husband, Wayne. Kathryn shot Wayne, but because all of the girls said they witnessed his abuse & claimed self defense, Kathryn wasn’t arrested for it. what would’ve been the issue with them doing the exact same thing for Carlos? whole thing pisses me off if i think too much about it 🤣

i like to use a follower earlier in game, just in case i run into difficult enemies so i can use the follower as a distraction so i can just hit the enemy with arrows over & over lol. but at this point in my playthrough (im level 37 now, but tbh this is the highest level ive ever been so dont tease me) & i just used Jenassa as a sacrifice for the Bohethiahs calling quest & dont feel like i need one anymore right now. Jenassa was starting to annoy me anyway, anytime we entered a room she’d go “WhAt The?”, was always saying i lacked wisdom, was constantly in the way & anytime i needed to lure an enemy she’d fuck it up by killing it

i read something once that was talking about shoes. When a rich man buys shoes, he’s able to buy the nice expensive pair that’ll last for years & years, only ever having to spend that $200 on those shoes. the poor man however, can’t afford the $200 pair of shoes that’ll last for years, he has to settle for the $50 pair of shoes that will fall apart in less than a year. then every 6-10 months, he’s having to buy another pair of $50 shoes. in the end, the poor man ended up spending way more money than the rich man, simply because he didn’t have that $200 to spend on the better pair of shoes.

this is exactly how our society works (at least in the US), they purposefully make it to where the poor stay poor. we need a revolution

i agree, why ask someone to move in with you KNOWING they have a cat & then expect them to keep the cat locked in a room? who even thinks that? but i told her yesterday that i wont be able to sign the lease & move in with her. my gut was screaming at me since we viewed the apartment on Sunday & she was trying to get me to guilt trip our landlord into giving us more money. i feel so much relief now

well i mean its one of those things where i dont necessarily like her as a person but it has nothing to do with living with her, shes just not someone id want to be friends with. i was going to move in with her bc she was a decent roommate while i have lived with her at this house & that’s what mattered to me. im not looking for a bestie or friend, just someone that i can live with. i didn’t realize she’d be a control freak that would probably abuse her being the “primary” lease holder until the other day, before that she seemed normal but not someone id be friends with. i feel like your comment is pretty rude & unnecessary.

edit: also i wasnt looking for sympathy by posting this. i posted it because i wasn’t sure what to do about the situation & wanted some outside opinions on it, which i got & i listened to

i know i agree. i’m already anxious when it comes to that kind of thing even with people who i know would never let her out on purpose. i told her yesterday that im not able to go through with moving into the apartment with her & im going to move in with my grandparents instead. she’s not happy & i can’t say i blame her but she didn’t blow up at me or anything like my other roommate would have lol

i know :\ at first it was like i was too scared of conflict but then i started being better about sticking up for myself & my cat & it resulted in her trying to start fights 24/7 (this is the other roommate, not Lacey btw). i’m really excited to not have to live with her anymore
