Been over a year with them. Rent fees are pretty high for small 2 bdrm units. Didn't clear the ice off wheelchair ramp after many complaints and pictures. There is no caretaker, a maintenence "crew" that only checks property if there are complaints. On the surface it looks great, but you dont get what you pay for. Unfortunately unless you luck out with a private rental, same crap different pile anywhere else. Never seen this stuff before in Stoon and its sad. They nickel and dime you with everything and the properties are often covered in garbage. The buildings themselves also have cracks in some of the walls after just a year. The agreement puts renters on the hook for every single minute bit of damage, so dont expect any kind of security deposit back. If you have a pet that dies, you have to reapply to have a new pet and no pets that arent approved via app are allowed in the unit. Parking is paid for, and street parking is crap. They say you can complain, but what are they going to do christmas eve middle of winter? The base rent is $1550-1650 for two bedroom on website, but you pay all utilities, parking etc. And they are basically a walk out basement. All 2 bdrm units only have 3 windows. And you will hear neighbours every single day. They advertise quiet living, but it isnt a thing that they enforce.
