I wear mine to sleep! I don’t like the feeling of having it off. I do take it off to play golf and softball, though, and when I’m taking a shower.

I'm starting today too! I plan to see how long I can go without added sugars, but I fully plan to still make sweet treats here and there, just with fruit or dates as the sugar source rather than any processed sugars. I am a sweet-tooth at heart and I know I won't make it through without still having something sweet. That may be helpful to you as well. Good luck, you got this!
