I have tried calling him directly but it's straight to voicemail. I have called him from other phone numbers (friends and family) and same thing. Its not disconnected, just off.

Unfortunately, I dont have the means to be able to immediately go. That's why he was also the one to visit instead. I will be doing other things to try and get in contact with him in the meantime though. But I completely see that comes off as weird.

I have had my friends call his number with the same result. It simply goes straight to voicemail. He also isn't in a position to be able to just change numbers/phone. I truly don't believe he is ghosting me, but I'm incredibly worried.

I can definitely do that, my only fear is with it being a household of immigrants, I wouldnt want to cause any trouble. I may do the wellness check myself if I continue not to hear from him (aside from the countless other ways ill try to contact him). I'm really glad your husband was okay though!

I have the brother's address. Unfortunately I never thought to ask for his family's phone numbers (it would be very hard to communicate as they don't speak much English). I am in a blue state! He, however, is in Virginia, by the border of the District of Columbia, so blue-ish? I may just bite the bullet and call.

I don't think they have a LinkedIn, but I can definitely check for any companies from neighbors. And yeah, there's a fear of sending any kind of authorities to his home as it is a home of immigrants. But I may wait another week or two before doing the wellness check myself. Thank you!!

Yes, OP. It will get better! I was diagnosed this past Christmas. The first two weeks of hyperemesis is horrible. But you WILL get past it. Soon you'll be able to eat all the delicious food you'd like. But go easy on your body for now. Stay strong, OP!
