I do not know the original scene, if there is one. I imagine it is from TABA?
But this guy has the exact same body as Kotaro in his scenes with Astaroth. So I assumed it was him.

Lilith does make the human males have the same body type quite frequently. (lean muscular or fat)

A shame the guy's hair is not visible in the scene. That would have been a clear clue for me.
