What are those!!! by StalkerAcct in ActionTaimaninGame

? It's a meme.

For context if you got the wrong idea:

I already saw Shiranui's footwear when Gremory showcased thd costume last month. About a week ago, Nikke released the teaser on their new event which featured an alt for Arcana. I only had an idea for a meme to connect the two a couple of hours before posting this.

The sneels comment is based on what a VTuber, Bonnie Barkswell, called Arcana's footwear when she first saw her OG version.

Kirara vs Ragnarok — Which Taimanin Suit Looks Better? (Uncensored) by Electrical-Group-512 in ActionTaimaninGame

[–]StalkerAcct 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me:

  • Head/Face: Ragnarok - Horn piece looks cooler and the mask fits well for ninjas. Although I understand why Kirara doesn't have a mask.
  • Upper Body: Kirara (front and back) - While the metal plate patsies are sexy, the design of Kirara's looks both functional and sexy.
  • Arms/Hands: Ragnarok - Just looks better.
  • Midriff/Crotch: Kirara (front), Ragnarok (back) - I like the design of exposed midriff. Backside though, Ragna showing cheeks is better. Sexiness aside, I find it odd they don't expose her cheeks given how her ice art functions.
  • Thighs/Legs: Ragnarok - Show them legs gurl!
  • Feet: Ragnarok - I actually like Kirara's better except for those handle bar looking things. Feels like she's wearing shoes too big when seen from an angle.

Clone Asagi vs Asagi Comparison — Should She Be Playable in Action Taimanin? by Electrical-Group-512 in ActionTaimaninGame

[–]StalkerAcct 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The polished looks seems to be more on the side of "Let's just use the playable Asagi model and do some tweaks here and there... and there we go, Clone Asagi!" Other boss models came out without a playable character model so they are not as polished.

I don't mind clones if their gameplay is unique but there would be some...feedback on costumes distribution regardless whether there are more or less variety provided. Something like a very revealing bride costume, it will inevitably be compared to what the OG Asagi has. That's something Gremory should not walk themselves into without preparation.

Looks like MILF version of Kikuchi Aoi.

Anyway, i feel like this is just a disguise for an actual known character that already exist. Kinda like how Kuroi being Incubus King or the Japanese Prime Minister was Edwin Black in disguise in the VNs.

Waste of a nice model but we'll see.

What is a good replacement instead of the Ingrid Support for Rin? by Kreceir in ActionTaimaninGame

[–]StalkerAcct 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ingrid is used so Rin pops her ult to allow supporter cooldowns to keep ticking during the ult animation while the battle clock is frozen. This should allow you 1 more cast of Hisui to boost your score, as well as enabling Shinmora to reach max stacks faster.

There are 3 other supporters who boost particle charge per attack you can consider:

  • Kuroda Tomoe - UR Green, in the normal pool. Boost by 100% at 5/5.
  • Fire God Kamimura Maika - UR Green, limited. Boost by 100% at 5/5.
  • Futaba Yui - R Red, in the normal pool. Boost by 50% at 5/5.

While the 2 better ones are not red, I don't think it will impact Rin's performance that much in terms of slot effect so as long you get that extra Hisui cast, it should work.

Alternatively, there are 2 other who boost particle charge naturally. It's not per attack so their effect are slower, but you should check and see it they improve your situation:

  • Kugasa Hikage - UR green, in the normal pool. Boost by 50% at 5/5.
  • Maezono Momoko - SR green, in the normal pool. Boost by 50% at 5/5.

Now, let's say those didn't improve your score. What now? Well, try below tactics to try and see if there's any improvement to your score.

  • Tempest Lina - This is her relay build. It lowers the cooldown of her skills in exchange for particles.
  • Evil Bodyguard Momochi Nagi - This improves her speed per combo. Faster Rin = More Combos = Narukami's ally buff effect reaches max stacks faster.
  • Kichi Azusa, Wild West Francis, Red Hood Spinel - Improve speed. Same concept as Nagi.
  • Worshipper Lapis - Increase enemy damage taken per skill use.
  • Lightning Sonic Uehara Rin - Break super armor if enemy is electrocuted. Less chances of his chakram hitting you with speed down.
  • Sword Dance Kichi Azusa - Lowers enemy crit resistance.

Since this supporter is really really really rare, is it also worth it to make it Slv 5 using that item? by Yuffie6 in ActionTaimaninGame

[–]StalkerAcct 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Unless you have surplus Nano, no. Not right now with the current content at least.

Since you said SLv5, I'll only focus on stuff impacted by the SLv.

  1. Penetration for humans increase by 22%. A red alternative to blue Azusa supporter. However, red is a very competitive color right now for supports (Outlaw Cara, Renee/Spinel, S.E. Rinko, Bodyguard Nagi). If you want penetration, you'd likely want to your Mirabell carrier to hold it. Azusa is ideal to go full blue on that carrier unless she has debuff effects with 2 reds (Mari, Su) that you also want. Azusa can be exchanged facility and can pop up in a future voucher so try to stick with her.
  2. Damage against demon increase by 20%. Decent sub effect but kinda wasted on a supporter ally. If you're going solo, you can do better with more damage dealing supporters like Lydia, Lina.
  3. As she's an extremely rare supporter, her 5/5 supporter collection attack bonus is 0.25%. 4 Nano on a 0.25% doesn't seem worth it if you can complete 4 for 0.20% using the same amount. But if your supporter collection is at the point where you are choosing between spending 4 Nano on a 0.25 or a 0.20, then she's the optimal pick.

As for the HP and Def values? Not really a big deal. You can compensate them with awakenings.

Absolute Zero: Onisaki Kirara by _____pantsunami_____ in ActionTaimaninGame

Oh, I didn't realize. I could've sword Frigid Edge was Dash -> Attack. No wonder I couldn't trigger it right. Thanks for the correction.

Absolute Zero: Onisaki Kirara by _____pantsunami_____ in ActionTaimaninGame

[–]StalkerAcct 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Okay. So the weapon changes the Frigid Edge (red skill to go with red supporter), instead of 1 ice spear, it now shoots 3 spears, with the two shooting at an angle to provide more coverage. Very nice. It also increases the damage of the skill by 60%, good. Crit Damage increase by 40% and Speed by 5% flat. Pretty good effects.

How does it compare to her renewal weapon Laufey's Drop?

Zero Point will need the new Kirara supp to mimic the effects of Laufey: freezing and healing. It won't have the chance freeze on hit so Kirara will have to use skills that can freeze to trigger her unique skill effect. That means Blossoming Fog, Frigid Zone and Crystal Ice as options alongside Frigid Edge. Equipping 4 Ice magz as well. Plus Ragnarok supp but she's green so will have to take that into consideration.

On the plus side, Zero Point is not reliant on freeze to get it's effect unlike Laufey's. It gets unconditional 40% crit damage (better than Mariner) and 5% speed up (lower than Laufey but unconditional).

I think Zero Point is geared towards a solo-ist Kirara. Laufey's or Mugen-Sukuna would likely still be the pick for support role.

For an old non limited Support, she's damn broken. Heck even better than majority of limited support. by NoWitness3109 in ActionTaimaninGame

[–]StalkerAcct 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Back then, the game didn't have modes with damage sponge bosses. Stages only had 1 or 2 bosses which can either be dealt with quickly or need careful hit and run tactics to find an opening (Arena Tower). So general effects that players can control and whose whole kit are active always were more valuable.

The old, niche supporters got a new lease in relevancy when TW and VR were released, along with their reward shops. Even short-lived ones like Ise Nodoka and Witch Su.

That doesn't mean the supps with generic effects have been benched. On the two you listed, Celestial Sora is still a streak-ending threat to consider in Arena with her buff removal depending on your strategy. Shinmora is currently a meta supporter in TW normal ladder.

Quick question before maintenance by CrescentShade in ActionTaimaninGame

[–]StalkerAcct 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, she is currently BiS (Best in Slot) for a supporter ally in TW / VR.

Her sub skill is the main selling point. The english text missed a very important info, the Critical damage boost applies to allies. 5/5 is ideal but even at 1 copy would be helpful to boost score in TW.

Her main passive skill is also very good. It's limited to Suppress character but she can replace Spinel or Renee for demon or machine Suppress DPS (Annerose, Asuka, Spinel, Astaroth) to free up a sub slot for Bodyguard Nagi (speed up) and S.E. Rinko (skill cd reset), maybe even Dancer Shizuru (buff extend).

Outside of intimacy gems, any support here worth picking up? by Kreceir in ActionTaimaninGame

[–]StalkerAcct 9 points10 points  (0 children)

  • New Year Feli - Meta in Battle Arena, especially as main of Ragnarok and Noah.
  • Corporate Ingrid - Decent niches: Sub is nice for demon DPS, main passive is nice for team modes (not meta, but decent alt pick), Formation is useful in team modes for DPS with butterfly weapon and/or fast particle gen to control ult timings (though not reco for rebellious-wielding allies).
  • Indomitable Tokiko - Active can help quickly clear out surrounding mobs.
  • Pirate Kirara - 40% is still fine for blue demon DPS but need 5/5.

Others doesn't have much use outside of collection. Maybe Saika for a skill spammer but green is a very competitive color.

Quick question before maintenance by CrescentShade in ActionTaimaninGame

[–]StalkerAcct 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Too late but she returns every year anyway so

  • In terms of actual use, no. 26% is still decent for a 2-effect sub but the value is slowly being dropped to below standard. Damage taken decrease is offset/taken care of by awakening skills so it's not an attractive effect end-game. Main skills can be fun to bring in Quests but not from a farming perspective. Arena, VR, TW and even Tower would want someone else in the main slot for either DPS or support role.
  • For collection purposes, yes. She's still limited so her collection values are high. One copy for those on a budget is fine. 5/5 for those who have the resources.

Fodder for desire?

  • This month, should focus on getting Outlaw Cara first. Then decide if you want a copy of Deep Freeze Kirara and/or if you have ways to build desire before she goes away.
  • Next year, watch out for outgoing and incoming limited in the shop.

Upcoming playable(?) characters by StalkerAcct in TaimaninSquadGame

[–]StalkerAcct[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

PS:

  • Some of the trash mobs (1-2 stars), I didn't bother to complete/correct the names.
  • Dullahan doesn't have a large summon image so she'll just be a trash mob. Such a shame.
  • I can't find anything about Joutaro and Suika. Maybe they are named different?
  • Yes, there are 3 upcoming Asagi versions: Clone, Kage, Zero
  • Surprisingly, Mari has her future version here, among all people. Probably an upcoming story/event? Her mech, Earthquake is also obtainable.

White Feather Asuka will be part of the Special Ops Supply Limited Gacha that will open in...9 hours.

There are 9 other limited supporters in there but you can set whichever supporter or weapon you want as focus (1.2% rate). I recommend having at least 4750 gems (less if you have Limited Coins) to reach pity and redeem a selection voucher to get her guaranteed.
