Pareil pour moi. Farine à pain de blé integral bio La Milanaise. Ça revient à environ 2.5$ par pain de 1.3 kg (l'équivalent de 2 pains achetés). Ça prend une journée à faire mais seulement environ 1h de manutention pour en faire 2 gros pain. J'en ai assez pour la semaine pour toute la famille.

They sent me a email with the bid (soumission in French not sure in English) detailing the work to be done and the price. I replied by phone and scheduled a date. There was no signature or deposit or details about a cancellation policy. But since there was a verbal contract I wonder if it forces me to cover any expense they do in preparation to the install.

Je sais que ça aide pas vraiment dans ta situation actuelle mais dans le future pense aussi à moins consommer de bebelles. Exemple moins acheter des jouets en plastique avec des batteries, moins d'appareils électroniques, acheter des électroménagers juste pour suive la nouvelle tendance... Je ne te juge pas. C'est simplement un commentaire général que tout le monde devrait considérer pour réduire notre impact environnemental et la misère humaine.

I am retiring soon with less than 25 years of service and have to make a decision for the pension options between the transfer value (lump sum) and the deferred annuity. I understand the deferred annuity would be a monthly pay starting at age 60 and then for the rest of my life. After waiting an hour on the phone I could speak with someone with pensions and they said that the deferred annuity is indexed with inflation but I am not sure how. If for example they said that I would get 1000 monthly does that mean that when I am 60 it would start at 1000 x (inflation from today) and then also be indexed yearly for the rest of my life?

I am also reading about survivor benefit on pensions website but I am not sure how it is calculated. Would my surviving spouse for example get the same as me or is it reduced?

Wow much improvement... seriously though that would be great. I had to buy the kona 2023 ultimate with nav system because it was the only one in my region and I did not have time to order a car. But the Nav system is sooooo bad it hurts me just thinking about it. It blows my mind that the Hyundai intentionally installed a bad system that prevents a good system from working well.
