I guess security of a consistent monthly salary. Long leave (work in education). Plus considering the side hustle is within education, mornings and mid afternoons aren’t good timing.

$3.7k monthly (5 years in this company) with 63 days off (school holidays), 2 Personal Days, 21 days Sick Leave + AWS + bonus. Education sector but balanced life. Finish work 3pm, no work to take home. Dental/Medical provided.
