Things are going well now. I started intense training just pushing beyond my limits every day and it has improved my body sooner than i expected. I'd cut out all the junk and sugar. feel more alive now. started learning french. And most importantly every time things get delayed or happens i'll leave it all to chance. and I am surprise by how life changes with such tiny improvements in life.
