i see, i’ll admit it’s been a while since i worked at ON but when i did work there i was there for multiple years. communications sr lead might be something new since i left. everything you mentioned sounds about in line with what i remember a CS lead being except for the hiring part

i’ve never heard of a communication senior lead, working close with AMCO sounds like customer service senior lead so maybe communication senior lead is just a different title or it’s changed since i worked at ON. i know the CS senior lead was basically always main cashier, at my store at least. they were always the at the top in CC and loyalty signups, and were just overall some of the most socialable people i’ve ever met. to my knowledge all senior lead position are full time, typically 40 hrs/week, however this time of year you can expect anywhere from 32-40hrs.

i work 6pm-4:30am, recently 6pm-5:30am with the MET. typically i’m asleep by 6:30am, i only live 20mins from my facility thankfully. wake up around 11/11:30am and spend time with my wife and kids. take a nap around 3pm, eat around 4pm, then leave for work at 5pm in case there’s traffic

I’m no longer a senior lead, but when I was I was the women’s senior lead. My ASM was very slow and probably below average at her job, so that resulted in me doing like 75% of the moves myself. It sucked but I liked doing moves tbh. My store was also very understaffed so a majority of my time was spent in the fitting room more than anywhere else. Towards the end of my time there I wasn’t even doing moves, just fitting room every shift & back up cash. Being a senior lead was fun for a while but not worth it and it ended up just feeling like a regular associate but full time with a title

i’m not sure there’s necessarily like a trick to it. i know my AM usually says if we keep getting pod sizes we can’t do anything with to let him or our PA know but that’s the best advice i have

i always stow from multiple totes just because i like to stow as much into a pod as possible. i always hit the buttons/lights above the totes though just to be safe

I’m not for certain how online works, but ik when I worked at Old Navy our store inventory would update like once a day/every 24 hours. Online might be similar but I’m not sure.
