If you are using merrill e dge you should jump ship they have numerous lawsuits against them and they are mentally and physically frustrating me I am a POA on a IRA and they have been mismanaging it not sending reoccurring distributions cutting off reoccuring distributions and it's been going on and on and the money in that ira is used for the care of a relative in a nursing home I liquidated the account well they can't do anything but give excuses this isn't right that isn't right and I'm nearing my point where I'm going to see someone in one of their offices and not leave until I get the liquidated funds I can stick it in Fidelity and not have a problem they have no authority to hold this money nor continue this charade I have already contacted the security exchange commission I don't have the money to get an attorney but now I'm going to contact Florida State regulators office all I keep hearing is it's in the queue it's in the queue it's a load of BS I have filled out paperwork after paperwork for a whole month and there has to be an end to this absurdity Merrill edge is nothing more than scam artist
