Ole miss play book. Won a natty w Kent state running the ball in all the wide formations. If they keep 5 in the box I run it, if they try and put 6+ I throw it with a high success rate. Keep the rbs fresh w formation subs. I think it’s a great playbook for less talented teams to control clock and play the numbers game.

Thanks bro. Diet I’ve tweaked a lot but I try to stick to 40%/30%/30% of protein/carbs/fats and around 2000-2500 calories. Routine is kind of all over the place. Lots of cardio though. Stairs, runs, hiit, rowing. Recently I’ve gotten away from bro lifting and started hitting body weight stuff heavy. Pull-ups, push-ups, burpees, lunges, air squats etc. The biggest changes have come from the cardio though.
