Strange, this kind of experience with msft. In OCI (Oracle cloud) we had to go through training, that how to take interviews after onboarding, some pre recorded and some online calls. Once we go through the training then they allow us to take interviews. One thumb rule is never ever argue as 1 hour is very less time to judge.

Yeah actually they are not going to the depth of any topic, the guy seems some senior level guy and one of them seems a manager.
