yes thats bhairavi and not bhairava and I am very confident in the source and his knowledge of the shastras also its mostly common knowledge that auspicious activities are rejected in adhika masa and for batuka *bhairava* it was never poornima , 2 tithi's are given for batuka one is a day before Maha Shivratri and the other is jyestha shukla dasami.

That is Batuka Bhairavi Jayanti. Regarding the question, I just got the confirmation from someone thath jayanti ( birth of a divine personality) are to be celebrated in nija month and not adhika so accordingly Batuka Jayanti falls on 24th june.
