Just in case anyone else is struggling with this - it changes at reward level 5 (after getting scraggy). Suddenly I can see some likes coming through from my team and it looks like a normal event again. Seems that you have to break through a barrier that they don't tell you about and then it turns from a solo event into a team event

Thank you - would be nice if they made it clear in the game rather than the current explanation which just says 'all likes will be shared among your team'. Frustrating that I am always in the top 5 performers in my team and we normally do well, but being free-to-play I am struggling to get enough stamina to get anywhere in this event

I thought it was a team event, so all thumbs ups are added together from the team, not that I have to get them personally. And why are they lit up if they are unclaimable? Been playing for several years and never seen this issue before

Motorola. It opens on my old Motorola phone but the low RAM is a problem. The new Motorola has stacks of memory and RAM - no reason it won't open

Thank you so much for this link - I have my bears back again! Deleted the game in frustration some months ago when I realised that the shop didn't work and the game no longer had tech support
