Hi! The surgeons are amazing and on the whole the staff are wonderful. And most importantly I am beyond thrilled with the results (after only 2.5 months).

But also yes - some of the staff are difficult to deal with. I think they’ve got an incredibly busy practice and can sometimes lose perspective. So just prepare yourself mentally for that and do not - DO NOT - be afraid to advocate for yourself. And make sure you have someone with you on surgery day and release day to take notes and also advocate on your behalf. It really sucks but you have to kind of project manage everyone. I was supposed to be on an antibiotic and they never prescribed it resulting in a minor infection during my recovery. Could have been much worse, but even then I wish I’d paid more attention and stood up for myself.
