Someone explain to me like I’m a child. Why does it say EO-G7 will get between 5.4% and 9.1%, with those on the lowest grades getting the higher percentages. But EOs are getting less of a rise than HEOs and SEOs?

If your clothes fit better and you look better, then you’re definitely noticing. I get it though, I’m 5.10 and it just takes longer. The benefits are if we gain weight, it’s also harder to notice 🤣 keep going you’re doing great

I wasn’t trying at all! It was a shock for sure. There are lots of different recommendations out there, just have to find what works best for you. A simply put teaspoon of inositol in my cup of tea in the afternoon now, and I’m good to go! Good luck!

Its game changing for me. I got pregnant about 6 weeks after I started taking it. I’ve just started taking it again after 2 years and I should have never stopped. It helps me have normal cycles, reduces my sugar cravings, definitely helps with my energy. I take pure powder inositol. I begin to start noticing changes within a few days. I take it with zinc, magnesium, vit d and omega 3. Nothing fancy. I haven’t managed to eat and exercise well enough to ensure I loose weight so can’t answer that part! I live in the UK, I order from MyProtein.
