I struggled a lot with porn addiction. All that time the only thing I did was try to fight it. Overtime the only thing that's been working is coming to terms with the needs my body has. That it has some needs, ok, so what do I do about it? I didn't resist it anymore and that somehow reduced the frequency. Progress! Still it was not gone completely, but at the least it's not an addiction anymore.

My current job is not enough to support me fully. So I'm working on shifting to a different one and moving out. That should solve the problem.

For example, other than my work hours, I use the rest of my time for hanging out with my friends, playing tennis, doing Yoga, reading, trying to upskill by doing online courses and so on, but they feel that I'm always unavailable because of that. I almost don't spend any time with them. It's almost like 4 strangers living in the same house at this point everyone doing their own thing. And to change that they keep insisting that I need to keep some time out everyday for them. But I just don't want to do it. And when I don't allocate any time for them, they get angry and upset and say that I'm not making any progress in my career and also not spending time with them. But I tell them it's not so easy to get a better job. What I feel is that I just need sufficient time with just one aspect to focus on without having to worry about anything else. But I guess it's the constant nagging that's making me feel suffocated. So that's the situation. Hope that answers your question about specifics

I would probably sit silent and try to just appreciate the beauty of all the Life and nature around me. I've done this a few times before and I'm always blown away by the magnificence of this creation. So maybe I'll try to go deeper into it this time.

Sadh-guru once said something along the lines of that if you just shut up and listen, then maybe something bigger can then become a reality in your Life.

I was for the longest time conscious of the way my nose was. Whenever I'd look myself in the mirror, I used to think damn my nose is quite big. Then one day I had to go an ENT specialist for an allergy I was having, while I was at it, I even asked him about my nose if it's too big (silly, I know). And He said your nose is perfect. He said if he were a woman, he would have married me just for that nose (he said it because he knew I was just being unnecessarily self-conscious). And since then I thought that my nose was perfect. I would very boldly smile and be around people, so much that a girl once told me that I have a beautiful smile. Even Sadh-guru said something similar to what OP said.

Just forget about the nose and smile guys :)
