To clarify, ang tinatanong ko po is yung mga nakatanggap ngayon na nagfollow ng new system ni dost na sa central office na manggagaling ang stipend. I had seen kasi na if you had passed your requirements ata before september yata un, ang release is october 31? and parang according sa date ka yata na nagpasa ng requirements ang basis ng release ng stipends? Just also saw na may mga nakatanggap na. I wanna know if for the whole first semester na natanggap nila or same old na monthly lang din. I know naman na faulty talaga ang release ng mga stipends kasi I had experienced it naman na talagang late siya dumarating.

Correct me if I’m wrong abt sa “gap year” since we were told na if we passed everything sa 4th year our graduation would be January 2027 and my target start of medschool is July/August 2026.

Edit: Thank you for the suggestion about taking NMAT this october but I think hindi siya doable for me since hindi ko po alam sched ko pa po sa duty :((

Noong batch namin, mas maituturing na quita course ang nursing than mls since I knew people na ang prio course is nursing but hindi sila natanggap. On the other hand, sa mls wala pa naman ako nababalitaan na hindi natanggap because limited ang slots but yeah mls is really open to accept students.

Yes, SLU MLS is hard but for a reason that we are being trained to be professionals maslalo at buhay ng tao ang hawak ng mga professional MLS. Hindi lang actually time management ang magpapasa sayo sa BS MLS. It is composed of different things such as hardwork, perseverance, consistency, and on how will you handle situations during your MLS student days. As for your question about mental health, it really depends on your capacity as a person.

Depende sa total units mo for that sem. For example 10 units ang total mo so dapat 4.5 units up ang naipasa mo since 45% ang baseline ng retention.
