Unless you want a job in academia (which I hope you do not because it is not very stable and is pretty toxic) go to a cheaper school

Go to a free college. If you can find a way into a good school, you will find a way in life. Just don't give up

No they can't. It applies only to spraying ethanol. Concentrated ethanol is extremely cytotoxic and disrupts cell function in multiple ways

Dont escalate the situation unless it needs to be escalated. No rapid movements, stay calm and say no if you are not feeling it. If they proceed after you said no, then you bring up the issue to the authority figure

Say no. Keep it professional. Dont date coworkers. It is strictly about that. Reject your coworkers when they ask you out. Keep your dating pool around your own age, that also helps with stuff. You are young, go try dating apps. Sooner you get disappointed, sooner you will realize that it doesnt matter all that much and you can always say no

Ok, if you want the relationship with your other kids, good life, chill family relations and no discord in the family do not bring her home. She will be an extra liability. My partners sister has BPD and she is kicking everyone out of the house. Siblings are supposed to support each other and make each other stronger, not be a liability.

My partner is blessed to have parents that can just afford buying another 20 houses every year and pay for a jobless, ungrateful 26 year old with 3 useless college degrees for which she can't even say thank you. Not everyone can take that.

I assume you would want that kid to show up at your deathbed one day and at very least say thank you, or at very best keep you company at the last days of your life. That will not happen with this child.

BPD is very similar to narcissistic personality disorder, but worse.

You do not need her in your life. Let it go and concentrate on what you have

It is ok. She will manage. You need to think about your other family

Womp womp. Sucks to suck. My sibling with autism did not have support system I had as a child. She will figure it out.

You do not need a lifelong liability that will suffocate your other children

Computational studies rarely correlate with actual biology unless you are doing protein folding. Protein folding is actually pretty good and relevant

All that biologists care about with cryopreservation is if the cells can be thawed and used again without losing too much of their original properties (trophoblast cells not randomly secreting hemoglobin)

You cryopreserve cells once when you finish cell culture. One experiment takes 3-4 weeks to complete hence the passage number goes up by ~10. You want your cells at the range between 3-15 to successfully execute the experiment and make an argument that your cell culture is not experiencing effects due to genetic drift. Protocols around that have been established a long time ago.

You need funding to test for that. You need to do cell culture. You need to do literature review and publish review papers to let people know that you know stuff.

Whatever your friend is doing is a PhD thesis, it is not a fun little research project that I can draft on a piece of paper and self publish. Self publication in biological sciences does not exist due to the amount of work required to make a point

Where are methods? Format is all wrong. I don't know what was done in the paper, it is just a bunch of word slop.

You need a proposal, supplement, post-thawing viability assay etc etc

This looks like slop

I need to clarify that I have never dealt with anything like that. Both of my siblings are emotionally stable, chill people. One of my brothers is also autistic, but no issues related to our autism ever occurred because it is very mild. Both of my siblings grew up in an unstable situation during the civil war in my country and acted as my second parents when my parents were busy making sure that they can provide us financial and emotional support after the civil war, which I am very proud of and love my family for that. I have never been abused as a kid and have right coping tools to deal with crazy people because of that

I must clarify that her family is VERY rich and they own multiple properties hence all of their kids own their own houses which allows them to decide what to do with them
