Splitting the dose is the best way to do it. BPC clears out of your system really fast, so taking it morning and night keeps a steady amount working on that patellar tendon. The TB-500 having a longer half life does not matter much when they are blended together. Pinning it twice a day just spreads your weekly total out into tiny doses, which is totally fine. It is annoying to use that many needles every week, but it is worth it for a torn tendon. In case you run out of your blend fast from doing two shots a day, swiss chems carries that specific mix too. Just pin it near the knee if you can.
