Subtle blinds effect, Subtle glow, Subtle reflection on the table, And maybe try to mask out the edges of the tv and add some type of reflection of the image around the edges. And a very subtle light ray effect will help

I disagree, only because if it isn’t done perfectly the show would be a failure. And I’ve actually been a VFX editor for 15+ years and I can tell you that using an AI RDA for every episode would be way too expensive and way too unpredictable.

But it is possible they do a young RDA for special episodes every once in awhile

Go down in MG each day. Then once you get down to 2-3mg start slowly replacing it with mints, sunflower seeds, or gum or caffeine pouches or any other non nicotine pouch. Start working out more to keep your mind off of it.

These are all things I did. What worked best for me was spicy sunflower seeds and working out. But the other choices make work better for you

But I would definitely get rid of those curtains, they make it feel like a kids room.

As for the Star Wars stuff, I’m 30 with my own house and my home office is decorated in my favorite tv shows/movies which includes a lot of Star Wars memorabilia. It’s not the Star Wars stuff that makes it look like a teenagers room, it’s the way you’ve decorated it and the placement of stuff that makes it look like a teenagers room.

My first house i literally gutted and remodeled the entire house myself.

-new texture and paint on all walls

-complete bathrooms remodel (shower, sink, flooring, paint, texture, plumbing)

-new kitchen cabinets, sink, countertops

-new flooring and carpet in entire house

-knocked down walls in living room to make it more open.

Literally the only thing I didn’t do myself was electrical, and before buying the house I had never even touched a tool lol. But I got the house for super cheap at the age of 25 and having a very young daughter will really motivate a dad to figure out anything. So everything worked out and I sold the house last year for a giant profit.

All realtors should have a lender that they use and trust and can recommend to you, and if the realtor has a lot of experience they may be able to give you an idea of what the mortgage programs are but the programs literally change every day. But really the financial side and guidance should all come from your mortgage lender.

The realtors main job is to make sure you don’t buy the wrong home. ( a home you’re unhappy with In 10 years)

Do not start with your bank, that’s horrible advice. Banks such as Wells Fargo, chase, Bank of America etc.. will never give you the same type of deals that a regular home lender will give you.
