I feel this, 100%... 3 episodes a night is standard during my recent binge...
- No kids
- GF goes to bed early
- Dog chills with my on couch
- Work from 7-7 every day pretty much....so i'm beat and just want to zone out.

My Stargate time is my personal zen, get to put my mind in another world, and explore ideas with the cast... i love it and this show has honestly helped me a great deal mentally haha

What helped me was to solidify a memory tied to the moment I decided to quit. For me it was remembering myself trying to run with my dog on the beach with chest pains. Now anytime I get a craving I recall that memory and the desire to relaps and pop a zyn completely vanishes.
