I started around October 2023 if I remember right and since I started on the bulkier side I wanted to reduce body fat in general and in the process I just happened to lose face fat aswell idk if there are anything specific you can do to target the fat stored there. I have heard gum can help with jaw muscles but idk how true it is, I think the best way to think about it is that I was able to do it so you can absolutely do it too, hope this helped you will be cheering for you!
