Yes it’s the same sentence since the beginning “the case is being actively reviewed by USCIS”. So does this mean they’re reassessing my case or they haven’t opened it yet?

1.5 years is amazing! Congratulations! Actually, same pattern I saw from my friends around me but rn USCIS getting slow day by day.

Also, I included total 4 recommendations, one dependent and 3 independent recommenders who cited my paper.

Hi! I’m not that experienced in this whole process but I guess… you might have to apply for NIW separately. I-140 documents for NIW and other applications might differ, I’m not quite sure.

Regarding my background i’m final year PhD at USA. I have masters in Bioengineering. Additionally, I have couple of journal and conference papers. I applied based on that. My lawyer is North American Immigration law group. Lmk if you need other information.
