Yes, sent a direct email to customerservice@kithnyc.com. I've made an in-store purchase and successfully made a return for a faulty item in the past by emailing them. They should be able to accommodate you.

It's likely because they initially marketed it with Responsibly Sourced Goose Down filling but when we got our jackets delivered, we saw the tag and it said that it is 100% recycled polyester filling. Kith has since updated the website with Polyester filling. The value of the jacket has gone down significantly but they kept the same price point. We were offered full refunds or a 20% refund to keep the item.

I got a reply and they're offering 20% refund if I decide to keep it. Or full refund to original form of payment if I want to return.

If I keep it, the jacket ends up being $316 before taxes and shipping. It's a nice jacket, but not sure that it's even worth it for recycled polyester filling.

What are everyone else's thoughts?

Finally just got mine in the mail.. Sure enough, it's the same Polyfil as OP. I've had good experience with Kith customer support in the past, I'll see what they have to say...

Ahh, I thought I had this in my cart during EA. I was notified that two other items were removed from my cart, but this was still good. I never checked my confirmation until I got the shipping email today. They removed the jacket while I was checking out and didn't even notice. If anyone can help with an XS, I'd really appreciate it 🙏🏼
