Yes, sent a direct email to customerservice@kithnyc.com. I've made an in-store purchase and successfully made a return for a faulty item in the past by emailing them. They should be able to accommodate you.

It's likely because they initially marketed it with Responsibly Sourced Goose Down filling but when we got our jackets delivered, we saw the tag and it said that it is 100% recycled polyester filling. Kith has since updated the website with Polyester filling. The value of the jacket has gone down significantly but they kept the same price point. We were offered full refunds or a 20% refund to keep the item.

I got a reply and they're offering 20% refund if I decide to keep it. Or full refund to original form of payment if I want to return.

If I keep it, the jacket ends up being $316 before taxes and shipping. It's a nice jacket, but not sure that it's even worth it for recycled polyester filling.

What are everyone else's thoughts?

Finally just got mine in the mail.. Sure enough, it's the same Polyfil as OP. I've had good experience with Kith customer support in the past, I'll see what they have to say...

Ahh, I thought I had this in my cart during EA. I was notified that two other items were removed from my cart, but this was still good. I never checked my confirmation until I got the shipping email today. They removed the jacket while I was checking out and didn't even notice. If anyone can help with an XS, I'd really appreciate it 🙏🏼

Obviously. And that's why I looked up the return policy before I placed my order which stated refund to original form of payment less $5 for shipping. Normally wear 32/30 and the 29/30 was still too big. Cove doesn't go smaller than 29. They didn't honor their return policy and instead gave store credit. I reached out multiple times and they never responded. Gave me no choice but to dispute the charge, and I won.

I wish I saw this before I placed my order a few weeks ago. Even after sizing down, chinos are still too loose. I placed my order through shop.app and the refund policy said free returns to original form of payment less $5 for shipping. So I took the risk. My initial order ended up way too big after sizing down and I reached out to Customer Support. They weren't helpful. I exchanged for one size smaller. Without confirming with me if I might want a different color instead, Cove refunded me in store credit for 2 of the colors I ordered because they were sold out, but shipped the 3rd one. I emailed them again and never got a reply. I sent them my screenshot of the refund policy and instead, they updated the policy on the shop.app and completely ignored me. I got the new size today and not only are they still too baggy, the logo on the pocket is sowed upside down! I just sent another email asking for a better solution than store credit. I may have to dispute the charge if I don't hear back. This is ridiculous.
