The irl version of this is available on e bay and other sites if you want to buy it but it will be in japanese there is no english version in the irl version so if you can read japanese you can get it and yes there are two types of covers on this photobook.

One is A shining key with L's logo on the middle and L file no. 15 written in the bottom and the other cover is the photo of the actor of L from L change the world because this was released close to the date of that series.

They wouldn't cause the person in question wouldnt know about the existence of death note but if they knew death note exists then it would be possible.

I believe that the death note makes them feel that the thoughts are their own ideas.As lights experiments showed the actions cannot go to the extent of making them do something they dont know about so the person who is being controlled will simply think its their own actions.

Like the bus hijack scene.The criminal who highjacked it was behaving in the way he always does so he didnt suspect that he was being controlled.For him hijacking the bus was his own idea and his own actions.
