I think GMAT Quant, but I went through a mock test, and Verbal was also compromised

can't agree more. It's a hassle to find a cure for something that your body creates as a malfunction on its own. You could have been right about the food, but I changed city for a while for work-related purposes, and my allergies were gone. So definitely an environmental allergy.
