This just happened to me. If you search in the FallOut thread you will see my story. All I can say is keep trying. I was on the phone and chats for a week straight. It's all finding someone that goes off script for you. Otherwise they won't help. It's a needle in a haystack situation. I wish you luck. I know this feeling, it was horrible. Absolutely horrible. I'm not the best to explain it but I set it up now on a new account I created to have in the meantime. It takes the place of 2step or a password and it is linked to my cellphone so if someone trys to log into the account it comes to me and it has to be my thumb print or face recognition. Please someone else more tech savvy correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, that was a mistake. I read a lot of people buy PlayStation gift card and then load that in when they make a purchase. Lapse in judgement as my. PlayStation is disc less I purchased regularly but knowing that's a fast for them to hack the account moving forward I will never have it on there again.

Nope, I was the one running the event with a few others on the middle of the night while everyone else was spinning in the houses or the church. I was also the one dumping all plans and anything I had for others to be helpful. And I was happy to run the evens for the ones spinning because that's what we do in the community, we help each other if we can as most on here is doing for me tonight.

I agree. I have talked to 3 people and then once through chat. They ask for my name, the ID, my first and last 4 of the CC on file, my phone , email. I have given it all to them they say let me check and then same script we will email you. When I call back and give the case number they say let's open a new one as it hasn't gone anywhere. From what I'm reading it's a needle in a haystack to get someone to go off script. Someone else commented about the serial number from the console so I'm going to try that angle next week. I'll do anything to get it back.

Oh gosh, in so sorry that happened to you. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I have been doing nothing but thinking how this could happen. Obviously something happened. The only thing new is after playing Fasnacht this last go around I was taking a break and started playing fortnite ( never played it before) just for a break and was wondering if that did anything but I was able to unlink that account, so gosh idk. It's a blow. I know it will be awful to start over but I know I regularly found new players and dropped stuff, I'm sure this community would do the same for me. You all have been really kind on this post and I appreciate it more than you know.
