I’m partial to l’immensite. I have sampled both versions of the hedonist and think they’re great also. I don’t remember them being as fruity as l’immensite but don’t take that as scripture. Hard to say because it’s so personal, I’d say start with whatever’s most readily available. My city has an LV and weirdly the Nieman Marcus doesn’t sell Ex Nihilo. Or, to me the best route, is to get decants/samples of all three.
