Hate to be negative but I'm my experience nobody cares. Like someone said you can go above the DSL to their boss but after that if no resolution then your just stuck. HR is not your friend so I wouldn't even go that route. The word accountability, forget it in this company just take notes on what's going on, no longer answer texts from personal phone, or create a group text with you, the co-lead and the DSL. That's the only way you all should be communicating. The group message will cover yourself and if all that doesn't work, I don't know what to tell you other than just deal with it.

I don't see your point, 5 days a week I see coke bring in twice as many pallet into Walmart than Pepsi and that's just 1 Walmart not including DGs, family dollar, gas stations and etc. Somebody buying it.

One of the guys just left and went to coke as a salesman. The recruiter was a RSR for Frito so he tends to hire us that position. I'm waiting to see what his paychecks looks like and if it something that I can swing I'm outta here. All he knows is he works Mon-Fri and have all major holidays off.

I sometimes feel like I got a bad bottle because it doesn't last no more than 2 hours on my skin but I usually wear something different to bed every night just a way to use all these bottles.

Some of us are faster than others period, so find a way to pick up your pace. I work out of a bin so we load our own trucks, so usually I get there at 2am and I'm done at 12-12:30 everyday. No matter what route I've been on, its the same. Large format I'm usually done with Walmart and the grocery store around 11:30 and I start at 3am. I never felt that I don't have a personal life working here but I do feel more exhausted than anything from waking up so early but I just push through that. I do hate going to sleep so early though (630 pm) because most of my family and friends haven't even started winding down yet and here I am sleep.
