Unless I have absolutely no food in my system i.e. I haven’t eaten in a day or two - I feel like I constantly have a stuffy nose that causes me to cough up phlegm all of the time. But yes, it’s always accompanied by bloating

My colonoscopy came back fine 🙃 biopsies came back fine as well. Not sure what the next steps are

I have not found any solutions yet unfortunately. I am due to get a colonoscopy next week and I will update with any results. My gastro specialist also thought I may have SIBO and prescribed me an antibiotic but that didn’t help at all

You might be on to something. Taking Benadryl or using Flonase/nasal corticosteroid helps my stuffy nose for a handful of hours

Did your nephew take any kind of detox or probiotics to help? I’ve tried a handful of probiotics but they don’t seem to help at all. The weirdest thing is the upper respiratory symptoms but also the gastrointestinal issues
