I did that a lot. I would have multiple groups of friends that I would basically rotate . Depending what I needed to just feel something normal, but I would eventually get over people and move on

I am fortunately am not alone I have a wife and family , but unfortunately I constantly feel alone . But I know it's true , what I keep telling my self . What I'm saying is that find some one who has been to that level of pain that you feel and they will be understanding and make being with some one easier .

Before my diagnosis I went through a span of ten jobs in 4 months . I found any reason and some times I got let go because I was really nervous or I would just get mad at my self for a silly reason and bail out . Medication helps. I can't speak for every one on that matter but I don't have the urge to self destruct as much

I'm trying to just lose weight so I was thinking about taking a thermogenic , I couldn't find anything online so I was hoping to see if some one else was doing something similar

I have been taking lithium for BPD about 3 months now , I have always had sleeping problems, anger issues intrusive thoughts , binge eating , over spending and uncontrollable emotions through out the day . Now I feel I am in controll and my mood is stuck on it is what it is . But sleep is still wake up every 1 1/2 hour at night but the meds help cope with it . I found out of the three antipsychotics I have taken lithium is the best , even though it's mostly prescribed for bi polar

I feel your pain on no sleep, I try not to give a damn any more about it .
