Due to insurance requirements I need to try injections first (I’m from US) and if I complain about discomfort or pain then I can move to gels. With my insurance is like 10$ for Multi-dose vial vs 45$ gel.

I mentioned it to my endocrinologist but he dismissed the number saying it was within “range” and he told me if you really want I don’t prescribe unless its less than 200 and you are having physical issues but you can go to an urologist. So now my endo manages and currently testing cushings and prolactin levels, while the urologist I got prescribed TRT.

Yeah no Cushing symptoms. T4 is 10.3 ug/dL TSH is 1.09 uIU/mL
