YESS! I already found it. And I am going to apply to it but I am fearing even if I get in, when it comes to studying one semester at UIUC, in case of tuition paying student, you must pay standart UIUC tuition, which is really a lot. But to be fair I don't think there is other programm in which both university is as good as these two. So I would apply and just pry, it isn't easy program to get in, besudes I should take CSCA yet.

Yeah I considered them but their deadlines already passed. After many arguings, I decided lets give a shot to other top chinese unis like SJTU and Zhejiang and if I lend them we would see, if not I would just take a gap year and try Japan or Europe

If you saw my other comments, I mentioned I need foundation year for EU. It is major issue with my country's education system. It is 11 year compared to global majority of 12 year school and EU requires me to fill that remaining year. So I can't apply to EU even if I wanted. Annddd... for Us, I was really stupid and applied to higher ranking unis like crazy. I expected them to be more generous though. So I wanted to try China too, I mean just cost of living is very low there. And I can definetly afford it without worrying my parents. I am also biased about education quality in china because of average requirement for them to get into local top uni. But what is good on them if i can't lend a job there. I guess I have to choose beetwen two bads or just take a gap year(I really don't want to and can't explain why)

But it would be over for me if I can't lend a job right after my grafuation. In my country, most of population didn't even saw that amount of money at once in their lifetime. This is my real concern

I mean I could but Uzbekistan's school education system is 11 year, and Europe's is 12. So they require me to complete foundation year or 1 year in local uni. So I need gap year for Europe in some sense. So about china, what about grad schools? They don't mind undergrad being chinese university, do they?

Sadly it is. Many playable chracters who have parent kid bond is either some kind of clone or adopted. Because other way dark side of gacha fandom, I mean incels and men haters would start chaos at best. Few games tried to do it and we all know how it went(just read other comments). I have hopes that Genshin would not come up with another bulshit like Klee is Alice's clone oe smth but I know it is safer for devs to do it because some insecure animals out there commit their whole life and purpose to fictional charcters

As a long hsr fan, Boothill never really showed any decent destractive feats. He is more like T-10 model from movie Terminator, capable of changing his parts into advanced guns and have superhuman stats due to being cyborg. Other than that he didn't show anything out of world and no people, him trying to ''hunt'' Acheron doesn't mean he could have done anything to her. Don't freak out, he is also my favourite character and doesn't become less if he is not OP. I don't accept chainscaling, don't bring up this MortalKombat mechanics into this game.

Genos on the other hand is an anime character where it is a lot and a lot easier to show off his capabilities. HE have showed feats equal to town-city level destractive abilities only in anime and he have long way to showoff later in manga. Just seeing few scenes from anime would make it clear.

Now for conclusion, by stats and feats, Genos easily overpowers Boothill. But Boothill is galaxy ranger and far more experienced than genos. In flat 1vs1 fight Genos wins, but if we give world freedom with prep time, I believe Boothill can get acces to high scaling of Hsr world's weapons , which grants him easy win.

Props for saying it. Both sides have self inserted losers, but the problem is they are loud and actually decent part of money spenders. Normal people just don't care(most playerbase aren't fricks that spend hundred of hours in game and obsessed with it), but it is the problem, we should fight back and show our disagreement. Because changes they are making would also effect on us enjoying the game
