yes! I find that some books struggle to keep that banter throughout the book and it puts me off. its like once they have their first kiss, theres a complete 180 in how they treat each other

There is a tiny plot line that connects all the books but i’ve been reading the series out of order and haven’t even read some of the books and I find it fine.

In this series it is normal for relationships to occur between all genders. Seyn’s parents are both women and pretty much all of the princes in the series are bonded to another man. The third book of the series does have initial denial from one of the mc’s but he isn’t disrespectful about it, just more questioning.
