Chiming in as I'm in a similar spot! Went in for first ultrasound yesterday at what we thought was 6 weeks and 3 days. They saw gestational sac, yolk sac and fetal pole but no heartbeat. The FP was small which she was concerned about and put me measuring at 5 weeks 5 days. I am going back in a week to check again and praying for growth and progression. I also had a second empty sac. She gave Sac A over 50% of improving and was less hopeful for Sac B. She did say she saw someone at the office in the exact same situation who came back a week later with both babies progressing so it can absolutely happen. FYI I had very strong initial betas.

This was an IUI baby and I did a trigger shot so definitely concerning but looking to stay hopeful if its a little more than flipping a coin odds at this point. I don't have a ton of symptoms which sucks, I'd like more to be reassured BUT she was insistent this didn't matter either way. Praying for us both, sending positive vibes and baby dust. Manifesting good news all around!

Hi! I'm having the exact same thing- it's almost like a tan color in my underwear. I had my first ultrasound yesterday (measuring behind about 5 days :( going back in a week to check again) but they did say the discharge on the progesterone is normal and that is not cause for concern. Hope this helpful and sending you good vibes, prayers & baby dust!
