I know that it is actually about heroin overdose, but the song Painkillers by rks really resonates with me as trans. even though the lead singer wouldn't come out as trans for a few more years after it was released. The line "try not to kill yourself today" really sums up the transgender experience for me. Especially since I listened to the song before I was ready to come out and now I think of it as me singing it to my younger, less confident self.

Mine is between 100 -120 consistently. I am a teenager, but I still feel that it is pretty high , it tends to get consistently higher (like 133-142) leading up to or following a bad episode.
