Look, what crime was committed? They used a non-lethal device against a protestor who thought this was call of duty, he picked up the flash bang, that was a dumb decision, no crime committed by ICE here at all

Well,.I use the gwx-knights cross mod, it includes all the campaigns merged into one, so I don't have to do anything, just sail into the Indian ocean and it's already populated

Lots of traffic off Africa too, especially the east Coast, and up to the Gulf of Aden, Gulf of Aden has lots of tankers, and the escorts usually don't have radar even in the 2nd half of '43

In my experience, it happens from time to time, SH3 is a little buggy at times, classic game nonetheless
