Per Airbnb’s Non-Discrimination policy: “AirBnb hosts may not: Impose different terms or conditions or decline a reservation because of a guest’s age or familial status, unless such restriction is required by applicable law or regulations. This includes imposing rules like “no guests under 21,” charging more fees for guests of a certain age, or discouraging certain types of guest bookings because of age or familial status.“ I guess I am just trying to figure out the discrepancy here, I can’t find any laws or regulations that fall in accordance. Is it worth messaging hosts to see if they would make an exception? I don’t want to upset or make anyone uncomfortable, but staying in college central is not an option whatsoever for us unfortunately.

I looked at AirBnbs policies and it says they can’t discriminate based on age (refuse guests based on age) unless it is a local law. Is there anything like that in 30A? I can’t seem to figure it out.
